How do you say VELLO in English?

Skin Hair, well...lots of it.
In English VELLO (in singular or plural) is called SKIN HAIR. In other words, it is just HAIR only the one that covers the skin.
For Spanish speakers we refer to HAIR in three different ways depending on the part of the body that is covered:
-If it covers the head then it is CABELLO.
-If it covers both armpits or other intimate parts is called PELO.
-If it covers the skin and is short, thin and indefinite we call it VELLO o VELLOS.
