What is WHATCHAMACALLIT? in Spanish?

WHATCHAMACALLIT? is actually the short form of a longer expression: What You Might Call It?
It is used when you are unable to remember  a specific word as in the following example:
In order to finish this operation we will need a special tool, a...WHATCHAMACALLIT?... I can't remember!
WHATCHAMACALLIT? is therefore ¿COMO MISMO ES QUE SE DICE?
It is also the name of a chocolate bar produced by Hershey's.

Wow! I had no idea that expression even existed, the way it's spelled surprised me quite a bit and it took me a moment to pronounce it as well, I thought it was something rather from another part of the world. Anyway, I think it will be very useful for me when I forget a term.

This phrase reminds me that the American way of speaking is funnier, cooler and they omit some letters to make the expression shorter.

Hahaha I didn't expect that, from now on I am going to use it instead of saying 'How do you say' or 'What's the meaning of this.

Interesting.! I really had no idea what it could mean or how to pronounce it ..! It seems to me a curious form of advertising by its manufacturers.!

In my opinion, it does not sound like a short form because it takes the same time to speak it as the expression as a whole. However, it is a good phrase to add to our vocabulary. It can be useful to use while being in an English speaking country

Interesting that an expression has the name of a chocolate Hersey's, this expression means something different oseous you see a word but if it is an expression of several words, very interesting to know that of an expression.
I have to admit it sounded very strange for me at first. I thought it was a tongue-twister.

It is a little bit difficult to pronounce for me. Why the chocolate has that name?
It is a creative construction for me. By the way, it reminds of some currrent posts on social media in which users shorten long expressions to make them easier to remember or to pronounce. Naturally, these 'new words' can be a little annoying, even rude, as users primarily create them for fun or to entertain others.
