How do you say POLLA in English?

"Passing a test is getting harder and harder every day."

The problem with finding the right translation of this word is that it means different things in different countries. In many of those, POLLA refers to the masculine sexual organ for example. Not in Ecuador. Here a POLLA is that piece of paper containing all that information considered by some X student vital to pass an important exam. This piece of information remains hidden from the teacher's eyes until the moment he or she is distracted and then is the moment to use the so-called POLLA.
Apparently the closest to that is CHEAT SHEET though this term is also used in other contexts as well, none of them as negative. Then we could also say that a CHEAT SHEET, if not used secretly to gain an unfair advantage in an exam, is only a reference tool to obtain brief data or instruction about some topic in particular.

The problem with the word POLLA is that it has different meanings depending on where you are. This article refers to one of those meanings which is the one used in Ecuador where a POLLA is a small piece of sheet (or a similar article) that contains essential information to pass a quiz or an exam. POLLAS are used by students in the most diverse manners, some correspond to a detailed practical plan and others are just an amalgamation of random ideas.
The most common term I could find is CHEAT SHEET, but apparently there is a problem since CHEAT SHEET appears to be used also in more widely and in other contexts, where  the "cheating" connotation is absent. absolutely..
