How do you say Asesinato en Segundo Grado in English?

The King of Pop was perhaps a victim of Manslaughter which is the legal term for murder that happened unintentionally.
Let´s analyze the following example: as you do every day you drive your car to work, you stop at a red light and then all of a sudden another driver loses control of his car and collides against yours pushing it to the sidewalk where there is an innocent bystander who gets killed instantly when your car presses his body violently against a tree.
Are you guilty of that death? Well, not really though still it receives punishment, and  the penalty varies according to the degree of responsibility. It is considered a crime different from murder due to the absence of malice.
It is likely that Michael Jackson´s doctor had a great degree of responsibility in Jackson´s death but still it cannot be considered murder. Still his doctor was very extremely negligent and deserves to be punished but under the legal figure of MANSLAUGHTER which is how we say in English ASESINATO SIN PREMEDITACION or ASESINATO EN SEGUNDO GRADO.

Teacher, I've been reading your posts on this blog and these are really interesting. I've learnt new words to use when I have to write something about it. You're a good writer, don't stop doing it, keep it up.

mindfully..
