How do you say ENTREPIERNA in English?

Less offensive pic of a groin I could find.
Though they say it's better not to talk or refer to certain things, here is the most common way to say ENTREPIERNA in English: GROIN.
Less informal terms such as CROTCH or FORKING can also be found.
Defined as the general region where the thigh joins the abdomen, this is one word that most EFL texts often do not include because they consider it material that can be potentially offensive.
One thing is for certain though, ENTREPIERNA in English is definitely not Between Legs.
P.S.: Thanks +Miriam Tutiven (from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Toronto, Canada)! She reminded me of yet another possible translation for ENTREPIERNA: INNER THIGHS.
