What's a MANTELPIECE in Spanish?

Where's the fireplace?...eh...ooops...!
Another false friend or false cognate. This word has nothing to do with our definition of Mantel in Spanish (which is said Tablecloth).
A MANTELPIECE is this framing usually made of stone or wood that is built around the opening of a fireplace (Chimenea).
The framing of course includes the upper shelf and any other possible decoration added the framing.
There is not one word in Spanish to define what a MANTELPIECE is REPISA DE CHIMENEA though it is still incomplete because it only refers to the shelf but not necessarily to the rest of the structure.
