How do you say DESFALCO in English?

"Ecuadorian politicians are rookies compared to me!"

Embezzlement is another form of fraud that, in turn, is considered a white-collar crime. It usually happens when one person is given the role of an administrator and is entrusted with other people's money and assets. Little by little (sometimes all at once) that money and assets are diverted to the accounts of such "administrator". One day this "administrator" simply disappears and it happens that those people or person's money and assets have been moved to someone's account in a bank of the Cayman Islands or some other country that allows the so-called "Bank Secrecy" and has no extradition agreement with other countries, in particular, that one where the crime was originally committed. Embezzlement is a concealed premeditated practice since the perpetrator does not want to be discovered and usually, he or she is not until it is simply too late.

A fancy word for a fancy crime. These are the crimes in which they don't get their hands dirty but can ruin someone, a lot.
I hope I can use embezzlement in a phrase so that I don't forget it.
I knew its meaning in Spanish, but I didn’t know how say it in English.
Now I know which word I can use, interesting!

White-collar workers. Are these people really crafty or is the system too corruptive to notice them? Either way, people suffer the consequences. I can't imagine being a victim of embezzlement. I would lose any hope in humanity. I had heard the word before but didn't understand its meaning. Now, I do. Thanks!

I don't know why but this post reminds me "Betty, la fea". I don't know if it was the same that she did (I don't understnad a lot about these topics). Anyway, I learnt more than one new word in english and in spanish.
I knew that word exists but I didn't understand it so well, now I do.
Thanks!
Life's law: trust no one.
I did not know of this term neither Spanish nor English. I found it interesting and useful to learn the correct terminology for these acts of corruption that are often common in our country.
I did not know that that word existed, but now that I will put it into practice it is something new in both English and Spanish. I did not know about that word.
The post made me think of the people who have had to face this illegality. It must be maddening to be scammed like that, and not being able to do much about it is also frustrating. Embezzlement should be just an impossible dream for scammers. In fact, that shouldn't even exist. It is so demotivating to see so many types of corruption and crime these days.
